    CLIENT SERVICES AGREEMENT & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
    Effective Date: Date of signature or first payment
    Parties:
    Azgari Consulting, LLC (“Consultant”), and
    _____________________ (“Client”).
    1) Our Role as Your Launch Partner
    Consultant acts as Client’s partner to identify, build, launch, and scale a service‑based business, including:
    Business‑model fit assessments; narrowing options to market‑validated models


    Competitive analysis and launch planning




    Consultant Guarantees
    Work alongside Client until the business is finalized based on metric and client criteria as agreed on by client.
    Package and submit all documentation in the most effective manner to secure approvals/funding promptly.


    Continue partnering through each step until launch is completed phase by phase.


    Consultant Limitations
    Consultant cannot control Client responsiveness or delays caused by missing info, documents, or approvals.


    Consultant cannot guarantee third‑party timing or decisions (banks, government agencies, licensing/certification boards, vendors, etc.).


    The consultant cannot guarantee financial results unless the client fulfills all responsibilities below.


    2) Client Responsibilities
    Client agrees to:
    Provide timely, accurate information, documents, and signatures


    Attend and participate in calls, training, and strategy sessions


    Fund required marketing and operating/technology tools as recommended


    Hire/assign sales & service roles and allow Consultant to train them


    Follow the structured launch process without deviation


    3) Launch Guarantee applied only when full $25k and $50k full launch and operation packages are purchased.
    120‑Day Launch Guarantee: Consultant will launch Client’s business (legal formation, certification/licensure, core systems) within 120 days of post launch, provided Client meets responsibilities and third‑party approvals complete on their timelines.


    Revenue Guidance (Not a Guarantee): Based on past programs, a Year‑1 range of $300,000–$700,000 is achievable when Client completes the program, funds marketing/operations, and supports trained team members. Consultant does not control owner execution or unforeseen roadblocks but remains committed to working through challenges with Client.

    4) Deliverable Structure & Ongoing Growth Plan
    (12-Week Launch + 8-Month Client Growth Support)
    Deliverables are structured around weekly installments and extend beyond the 12-week launch period to include 8 months of growth execution and revenue accountability. The schedule may shift slightly based on business type, responsiveness, and external approvals, but the scope below outlines the full structure and milestones Rain will receive.

    Phase 1: Discovery & Business Model Fit (Weeks 1–2)
    Conduct a Business Fit Diagnostic to identify 3–6 business models aligned with Rain’s background, skillset, and local market.


    Complete local and regional competitive analysis, showing top 20 local competitors, pricing gaps, and service demand.


    Run profitability modeling for each option (startup + 12-month pro forma).


    Present a comparison chart with final recommendations and choose 1 primary business model to move forward with.
