Your investment includes a thorough review of all three credit bureau reports, customized dispute and demand letters drafted on your behalf in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), ongoing monitoring of dispute progress throughout your active service period, client support and guidance throughout the process, and access to educational resources to help you understand your credit profile and protect your financial future. CREDIT MONITORING — MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
Active and accessible credit monitoring is required for the entire duration of your service and is the sole responsibility of the client. Credit monitoring must be in place, active, and accessible to your assigned specialist before any work begins and must remain active throughout the full service period. If credit monitoring becomes inactive, inaccessible, or is not provided upon request at any point during the service term, services will be immediately suspended with no refund issued. Time lost due to inaccessible credit monitoring does not extend your service period.
IMPORTANT LEGAL DISCLOSURES
Nature of Services: Renown Capital & Credit Infrastructure is a dispute correspondence and financial literacy company. We draft and submit dispute letters and demand correspondence on behalf of our clients in accordance with applicable federal law. We are not a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and do not guarantee the removal of any item from any credit report. All final decisions regarding the investigation, correction, or removal of credit report entries are made solely by the credit bureaus and/or creditors, over whom we have no control or authority.
No Guarantee of Results: Results vary based on individual credit history, creditor responses, and bureau processing. No specific outcome, score increase, or item removal is guaranteed. Any improvement to your credit profile is the result of the bureau’s findings during their own investigation process.
3-Day Right of Rescission: In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, clients have three (3) business days from the date of payment to cancel services and receive a full refund. This right expires after three business days without exception.
No Refund Policy: Once the three-day rescission period has passed, no refunds will be issued — in full or in part — under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with results, credit score fluctuations, delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required access or information, or a personal decision to discontinue services. Services completed before the end of the 6-month term do not entitle the client to a refund for any remaining period.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy: By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of any kind with their financial institution or payment processor is a breach of this agreement. Renown Capital & Credit Infrastructure reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in response to any fraudulent chargeback, including but not limited to claims of wire fraud, breach of contract, and civil litigation. All communications, payment records, and service documentation are retained and will be submitted as evidence in any dispute proceeding.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By submitting payment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this service agreement, including the mandatory credit monitoring requirement, the no-refund policy after 3 business days, and the chargeback and fraud policy.
