By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Description
This purchase covers a value-first resume refinement and positioning engagement with Ken Eckman.
The service may include:
Review of your current resume
Review of target roles
Market research
Data collection on relevant job descriptions
Positioning strategy
Resume structure recommendations
Value proposition development
Guidance on how to present your experience more clearly to hiring managers, recruiters, or business decision-makers
2. Service Fee
The total service fee is $1,500.
If payment terms, installments, or split payments are offered through Fanbasis or another approved payment method, the buyer remains responsible for the full $1,500 balance.
Work may be paused if a scheduled payment is missed, declined, disputed, or reversed.
3. No Promise or Guarantee
This service does not promise or guarantee:
Employment
Interviews
Job placement
Income
Promotion
Recruiter responses
Hiring manager responses
Any specific career, business, or financial outcome
Ken provides strategic resume refinement, market positioning, and communication support based on the information provided by the client.
4. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate information:
Work history
Employment details
Metrics
Achievements
Dates
Education
Certifications
Supporting materials
Ken may help clarify, structure, and strengthen the presentation of that information, but the client remains responsible for the truth and accuracy of the final resume.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of purchase.
A refund may only be considered if:
No work has started
No research has been performed
No strategy session has been scheduled
No written positioning, resume feedback, or service guidance has been delivered
Once any work has started, all payments are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued after the 3-day refund window.
6. Scheduling
After purchase, the client must schedule their one-on-one session using the scheduling link provided after checkout.
Failure to schedule or provide materials in a timely manner may delay delivery.
7. Acknowledgment
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
