Refund Policy
a. Due to the nature of services, there are no refunds on any consulting services to include consulting with credit disputes.
b. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider maintains a strict no refund policy for any reason, once payment is made. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the services, change of mind, or financial inability.
c. The client understands and agrees that under no circumstances may they initiate a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute against JM Wealth Institute. By purchasing services, the client acknowledges receipt of the services and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions, including the no-refund policy.
d. Any attempt to reverse charges without valid cause will be considered a breach of agreement and will result in legal action and removal from all current and future services.
