Requirements

Must maintain an active $30/month credit monitoring subscription (required for us to access your updated reports and continue dispute processing). If your monitor isn’t paid , we cannot pull your accurate reports.



Must provide valid photo ID, proof of address, and contact information prior to service start. If you’re uncomfortable providing this information please do NOT sign up.



Communication



All communication is handled through your secure client portal.

Consultations are optional and can be booked through our website once you become an active, paid client.

Free follow-up calls are available for ongoing clients.

We have a NO REFUND POLICY, once services are started.
