BUSINESS COACHING & CONSULTING AGREEMENT
Welcome to KDM Capital Group. Please read this agreement carefully before enrolling in our program. By checking the box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide business consulting, coaching, and educational services. These may include strategy sessions, business planning, goal-setting, training materials, and general business education.
Important: We do not provide credit repair, legal advice, tax services, financial advisory, or investment services.
2. Client Responsibilities
You understand that results depend on your own effort, implementation, and circumstances. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions you take based on our coaching.
3. Fees & Payment
A one-time fee of $750 is required for access to the program.
All payments are final once services begin (see refund policy below).
4. Refund Policy
You may cancel within 3 business days of enrollment and before services begin for a full refund.
Once services (including your first session, training material, or resource delivery) have begun, all fees are non-refundable.
5. No Guarantees
KDM Capital Group does not guarantee specific results such as increased income, business success, or financial improvement. Outcomes depend on your effort and external factors.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the program. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where KDM Capital Group is registered.
